The International Congress is designed to provide the collaborative structure for the coordination and administration of the joint Sunday School and Armor Bearers Young Peoples Union (ABYPU) programs and activities. The Congress provides training for current and potential leaders as well as develops the total person which enhances Christian Fellowship and commitment to Christ. All members of the Sunday School and ABYPU are members of the International Congress working together to achieve the mission of the International church (COOLJC). Currently, District Elder William Willkins, Jr. is the president of the International Congress.

Vision
The Vision of the International Congress is to "Train leaders today to ensure a purpose driven Tomorrow". The International Congress is to with the help of God, train youth and adults to become progressive leaders who fear God and understand the call to glorify him and edify his people. We will equip them to serve God and his people with Godly integrity, steadfastness and with the spirit of excellence. By doing this we will ensure that our youth become the top leaders of the Pentecostal world while pursuing the words of our founder "Add thou to it".
