Missionary Frances Armand

Frances Armand is a licensed Missionary with a passion for spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ to nations around the world. Her missionary journey began at the Church of Christ Bible Institute, in the Mission Class led by the late Mother Dorothy Anderson. It was during a mission trip to the Caribbean that her heart was ignited for global missions, and she knew this was the path God called her to follow.

Since that transformative experience, Frances has committed her life to international outreach and evangelism. She has served as the Global Missions Coordinator for the International Congress under Elder Marcus McCoy Jr. and Deacon Marquise Rose, and as Co-Director of Programming for the Leeward Islands Diocese Board, where her primary focus was raising funds to support mission efforts in the Caribbean. Through these roles, she has helped expand the reach of Global Missions and supported initiatives that empower local churches and communities. Today, she is known as a “traveling missionary,” devoted to fulfilling the Great Commission. Her ministry reflects a heart for people, a commitment to service, and a belief that God’s love knows no borders.

Aside from her missionary work, Frances also runs her own Public Relations Agency, Armand Consulting PR, which specializes in fashion, beauty, and health and wellness. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Accounting and International Business from Clark Atlanta University, and an MBA from American Intercontinental University. When she is not promoting her clients, she is spreading the gospel and sharing His love with as many people as she can at home and abroad.
