Apostle Walter L. Jackson, a devoted member of the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ's Board of Apostles, serves as Chief Apostle for Region 8 Council of Churches USA and Apostle in Charge of Home Missions. Also, he is the pastor of Greater Refuge Church for 39 years. Apostle Jackson, called to ministry in 1959, has actively contributed to the COOLJC's growth, overseeing expansions in transportation and community outreach. In addition to his pastoral role, he serves as a Regional Apostle, holds various educational roles, and is a skilled carpenter and Bible teacher. Apostle Jackson is a humble man devoted to family, guided by the motto "To God Be the Glory" and the theme "I'm Running For My Life!" His favorite scripture is Joshua 1:8.
